My grandpa was deployed to the Korean War just before proposing to my grandma. He sent her a box, and asked her not to open it until he returned. She saved it for 2 years until he did, never knowing if he would return, to open it and see the ring. They’ve been married 55 years. Their love GMH.

Just today, I found out the real reason of my parents’ death when I was 10. When our car lost its brakes and was going to crash into another, they tried to protect me to the last minute. Their bodies were found, covering me while I was unconscious. Their never ending love truly GMH.

Three years ago, my friend was rushed to the ER due to abuse from her parents. My brother, who didn’t even really know her, still took the first flight there with an armful of candy and things for entertainment. She burst into tears. He was the only person who bothered to visit. This spring, I will be the best man at their wedding. His love GMH
